Returns & Refunds – Legal Warranty

If you are dissatisfied with your order, you have 14 calendar days from the date you received the box to return it.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

It is possible to communicate your intention to return an item by filling out the appropriate contact form on the Site, accessible by clicking on the “Assistance” page present in the lower right corner of all Site pages and selecting the item “Returns and refunds,” or by sending an explicit declaration of the decision to withdraw to Corium Artis to the addresses indicated on the Site by requesting the withdrawal form from Customer Care and the Returns Form.

At the conclusion of the procedure, we will send an email with the return form, the warehouse’s address, and instructions for returning the merchandise.

Insert the completed return form and the item(s) to be returned into the box. The products must be returned in the same form in which they were received, i.e. in pristine condition, with all components present, in their original, unused packaging, and with all manuals, labels, and tags still attached.

The articles must be returned to Corium Artis without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of the date on which you communicated your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if the goods are shipped before the 14-day timeframe expires. Always save the shipment receipt for safety.

THE RIGHT TO WITHDRAW

In the case of a Return for Withdrawal, the end consumer is responsible for the return shipping charges. The final customer will be responsible for the return until the box is delivered to our warehouse.

DAMAGED PRODUCT

If you return an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, we will cover the return shipping charges. In addition to the value of the products purchased, we will also refund the amount associated with the logistical charges incurred for the delivery of the order if the returned product is the only item in the order. In addition, return transportation fees will not be charged.

REFUND

We will handle the return within 14 business days of the warehouse’s delivery date. We want to reassure you that we will always attempt to keep these modifications to a minimum, even if they occur as a result of transit delays caused by vacations or force majeure. We reserve the right to proceed with the reimbursement only after doing the relevant quality tests or verifying if the item was returned by mistake, the real non-conformity declared by the end customer. If the buyer decides to utilize the courier suggested by the Seller, all payments made for returned items, including shipping fees, will be refunded. It is recognized that we will charge you for any potential drop in the asset’s value; in this case, we would return you only the product’s residual worth. The reimbursement takes roughly 14 days after the item has been inspected. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original transaction (credit card or Paypal Express).

LEGAL CONFORMITY GUARANTEE

In the event of defects and/or non-compliance, you will have the right to restore the conformity of the product by repair or replacement, or to other remedies.

After discovering that you have received a damaged, non-compliant, defective, or inaccurate product, you have up to two months to request a repair, replacement, or refund. The products you have purchased are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity, which covers the lack of conformity of the products for a maximum of 24 months from the date of delivery.

To return and request a refund for an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, please follow the instructions outlined in the previous section – “How to return” – reporting the defect and/or non-conformity found and attaching one or more images of the article in question, with the defect clearly visible.

Any license to return the product in no way constitutes acceptance of noncompliance, the existence of which must be confirmed by us after the return.

If you phone us and we are unavailable, please keep in mind that we are a small business and our artisan will be highly busy creating great things throughout certain periods of the day. Please leave a thorough note along with your phone number, and we will do our best to return your call the same day to address your concerns.

Any requests for modifications in materials or design should be sent to the email address along with your order number. This will help us locate your order and ensure that the documented changes are understood and implemented. A confirmation of receipt will be sent to indicate that the requested changes have been approved, or to explain any point that was not specified in the request.
